Note: In the event you do not use one of the above auction listing service providers, your auction template will be coded and delivered with instructions for manual use. Please be aware that in order to add product images manually, some basic image uploading and linking knowledge is required.

You will need:
The following items are NOT included with your purchase and must be acquired separately

Image Host - (if you do not have an image host we suggest a FREE account with PhotoBucket)
*Note: Auctiva is NOT a suitable image host for design graphics

What's NOT Included:

Image hosting
Color, font and/or graphic changes or additions
Post-completion and delivery changes to design graphics, logo, banners, print products, etc., unless a typographical error was made by us
Post-completion and delivery repairs made to html or coding for errors caused by changes or modifications being made by the client or any third party

Time and Delivery Guidelines:

Link to a full details order form will be emailed to customer within 24 hours from receipt of order. We must receive an order form to successfully complete your order.
Please Note: If order form link is not recevied within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk mail folder.
Upon submission of the full details order form, please allow 5 business days for the new graphics to be created with your business information and installation of the template to be complete.
*Business days = Monday - Friday (we are closed on weekends and holidays)
