Approximate time and delivery guidelines:

Initial proof is delivered within 5 working days
Auction template will be complete within 3 working days from final proof approval and receipt of login or any additional information necessary for completion.
*The above time and delivery guidelines are APPROXIMATE, and even though we always do everything possible to keep within these guidelines, in the event we discover there may be a possible delay in the processing of your order we will contact you immediately.

*Working days = Monday - Friday (we are closed on weekends and holidays)

Revisions and/or changes:
Any major design changes outside of what is initially presented to us, may incur additional charges made due and payable before design completion and delivery. Major design changes include, but are not limited to, complete change in theme or the addition of complex props and/or graphics. In the event of any such charges, the customer will be made fully aware before any changes are made.
