Please take time to read the following information in its entirety, for a clear understanding of what is included, and what to expect from our custom design services.

Custom website designs are created entirely on the customers own vision of overall appearance, layout and style, so they can be assured to have an unique and original one-of-a-kind look for their online business.

Our basic custom website design starts at $400 and includes all components outlined under What's Included below. Complex props and/or graphics such as characters, character scenes and/or boutique storefronts are available as an optional add-on purchase below.

What's Included:
  • Custom website design with matching navigation buttons, page header graphics, and site logo design
    *Please Note: Custom design does not included complex graphics and/or props such as characters, character scenes or boutique storefronts. These items are available as an optional add-on purchase below.
  • 4 matching advertising banners
  • Matching business card template
  • Installation of template (when compatible cart is used)
  • Full customer support with template and graphics
You will need:
The following items are NOT included with your web design purchase and must be acquired separately
  • Registered Domain Name
  • Compatible Web Host or Shopping Cart Software
  • Design Vision or Idea - You must have a firm idea of what you want your website to look like, including overall appearance, theme, color scheme and layout. We do offer suggestions or advice when asked, but this is a design based on the customers vision and not ours, so a firm basis for design development is a must.
  • Understanding - As much as we would like to devote our undivided attention to only one customer at a time, this is simply not possible. We do have other customers, emails to answer and orders to process and deliver during the custom design process.
What's NOT Included:
  • Domain Name
  • Web hosting and/or shopping cart
  • Adding of categories, products, product descriptions and or product photos
  • Adding of any information to site content pages
  • Website Maintenance
  • Shopping cart support other than questions directly related to purchased design
  • Complex props and/or graphics unless add-on option has been purchased.
  • Post-completion changes to design graphics, logo, banners, print products, etc.
Custom Design Process
  1. Purchase and Full Details Request - Shortly following our receipt of a custom design purchase, the customer will be sent an order form requesting full details concerning their custom design appearance. We kindly ask that the customer provide an explicit and precise description of every desired aspect, keeping in mind that the information they provide is the only insight we have and our only way of knowing exactly what they want. We had much rather have more information than we need than not enough, so please be specific.
  2. Design Development and Proof Presentation - Once the full details order form has been submitted we will then take all the information provided by the customer and develop a design concept based on our interpretation of what has been presented to us. This concept will be delivered to the customer in the form of a custom design proof. The custom design proof is a basic illustration of the overall design and not always will it be a complete representation of the final outcome. We need to know in detail what the customer likes, dislikes, wants changed, would like to see presented differently, etc. Any and every detail that is conveyed to us helps in the design process. Once requested revisions have been made the customer will be presented again with a design proof. This process continues until the desired appearance is achieved and we receive a proof approval from the customer.
  3. Proof Approval and Design Completion - Upon proof approval we will then request required login information and any additional details that are necessary for design completion and installation.
  4. Delivery and Design Installation - The custom design process concludes with design installation and delivery of files and any matching product designs to the customer.
Approximate time and delivery guidelines:
  • Link to full details order form will be emailed to customer within 24 hours from receipt of order
  • Initial proof is delivered within 7 working days from our receipt of completed full details order form
  • Design will be complete and installed within 5 working days from final proof approval and receipt of login or any additional information necessary for completion.
    *The above time and delivery guidelines are APPROXIMATE, and even though we always do everything possible to keep within these guidelines, in the event we discover there may be a possible delay in the processing of your order we will contact you immediately.
*Working days = Monday - Friday (we are closed on weekends and holidays)

Revisions and/or changes:
Any major design changes outside of what is presented to us in the full details order form, may incur additional charges made due and payable before design completion and installation. Major design changes include, but are not limited to, complete change in theme or the addition of complex props and/or graphics when optional add-on was not initially purchased. In the event of any such charges, the customer will be made fully aware before any changes are made.
