What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
We are proud to provide you a safe and secure
shopping experience with PayPal.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and
Discover card payments processed throught PayPal, as well
as, instant bank transfers, existing funds, and echeck
payments from PayPal account holders.
Please Note: Orders paid for using a PayPal
echeck will not be processed or delivered until we receive
notification from PayPal that the pending payment has
cleared.
I do not have a PayPal account. Can I still purchase from your site? TOP
YES! We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and
Discover card payments from non-PayPal account holders.
PayPal is our secure payment processer, but you are not
required to have a PayPal account.
Once you are redirected to the Paypal payment page during the checkout process, you will be given the option to proceed by either signing in or entering your billing and credit card information.
How soon can I expect to receive my order? TOP
Delivery time varies according to the type of product
purchased and starts upon our receipt of the full details order
form. Approximate time and delivery guidelines are included
in each of our product descriptions and have also been outlined
on our Delivery Guidelines page.
What is a domain name and how do I get one? TOP
There are a lot of complex definitions used to define a domain
name that include a lot of terminology most people do not
understand. The simpliest way we can think of to explain a
domain name is your address on the Web. It is a
unique name for a web site that you type into your web
browser address bar to visit a particular site. It's how people
find you on the Web. (For example, to visit She and I
Designs, you type www.sheandidesigns.com into your web
browser address bar. Our domain name is

What is a web host and where can I find one? TOP
In order to have a web site that others can view, you first
need to acquire a web host. Web host provide storage for
your web site on a public server. There are many web site
hosting companies, which offer a variety of storage and other
options.

I have never had a website. Where and how do I start? TOP
You will first need to choose and register a domain name. Once you have secured a domain name for your business you will
then need to decide on a web host that best suits your individual needs. Since you are a beginner we would suggest choosing one from our ALL user levels selection. That's it! Now all you need to do is purchase your
design and begin adding your product and page content
through the online administation and site management area
provided by your web host.
I have no html knowledge at all. How hard is it to add my product and images? TOP
When using one of the carts from our ALL user levels
selection it's just like filling out a form. The website manager script does all of the html work for you. We strongly suggest taking time to visit the demo carts offered by some of our compatible host and test the different areas that are a concern to you.
Why do you only provide installation for certain host and cart systems? TOP
Only a certain percentage of the shopping carts available
provide the customization options needed to support our
website template designs. Some carts have strong limitations
on design customization and only offer the ability to add a
logo, background and/or navigation buttons into one of their
pre-installed layouts. Our web designs are not compatible
with these cart systems.
I don't use one of the compatible host or cart systems you have listed. Can I still purchase one of your website designs? TOP
Yes, you can still purchase one of our website product
designs, but PLEASE be aware that we DO NOT offer
installation or our normal template support unless you use
one of the compatible shopping carts we have listed. You will
also need to be somewhat familiar with file management and
linking properties or use an editor such as FrontPage or
Dreamweaver in order to add your page content and desired
information.
I am still deciding on a web host but I'm afraid the design I want will sell out before I am ready. Can I purchase the design now or do I need to wait until I have signed up for hosting with one of your compatible host? TOP
You are more than welcomed to purchase the design now and
simply supply us your information once a shopping cart and
host have been acquired.
Why do you need my login information? I do not normally give that information out. TOP
Your privacy is EXTREMELY important to us and we would NEVER disclose any personal or confidential information we gather to any third parties. Anytime we request any type of login (username/password) information it is only to provide the services you have requested, and will only be used for this purpose. Disclosure of this information is completely up to the customer, but please be aware that without this information we will not be able to provide template installation, uploading of images, etc. with your purchase.
I'm in love with one of your Limited Edition templates but I want a OOAK. Is there a discount if I purchase all of the available quantities? TOP
We do provide the option to retire a design. The price to do so will vary depending on the quantity left in stock. Please contact us for more information and a complete price quote.
Can I remove the copyright information at the bottom of my template? TOP
No! She and I Designs retains the copyright to all products and/or services
offered or sold at sheandidesigns.com. When you purchase any of our products
and/or services you are only purchasing the license to display the material with
all credit links remaining intact.

I purchased an eBay storefront. How do I add it to my store? TOP
Installation is provided with the purchase of all our storefront designs.
I do not use an auction listing service such as Seller Sourcebook, InkFrog, Auction Boutique or Auctiva. How hard will it be to add information and pictures to my auction template? TOP
Your auction template will be delivered in two formats, one
with embedded color-coded instructions showing you where to
edit. Some basic html and linking knowledge to insert your auction
picture links is required.
Customers will also be given access to use our online html editor for adding and editing auction listing text and information.
I purchased this but now I've changed my mind. Can I get my money back? TOP
Due to the nature of the products and services we sell, there will be NO
REFUNDS issued. At anytime PRIOR to the deliver of a purchase, order
cancellations may receive a store credit for purchase price MINUS any customization that has already been done at a deduction rate of $35 per hour.
I lost all my images and/or template. Can you help? TOP
We try to keep a backup copy of all orders for a few months just in case something happens, but we cannot guarantee to still have yours. If you have accidently deleted or lost your images and/or template, please contact us immediately.
Can I alter my product once I purchase it? TOP

Are your templates compatible with ProStores or do you design for ProStores? TOP
No. ProStores use a unique coding system that we are not
familiar with. Our templates are not compatible with nor do
we design for ProStores.
